Help us protect Bats in Somerset by making a donation!
We are a voluntary bat group and rely upon our members and donations from the public to cover our running expenses.
Any donation can help us protect bats, or assist in our work to share information and knowledge about bats throughout Somerset.
- A donation of £5 can provide rechargeable batteries for Bat detectors used on public Bat walks throughout the year.
- £75 would allow us to buy, erect and monitor a new bat box.
- A donation or bequest of £200 would fund radio tag, to allow us to radio track Somersets rarest bat, the grey long-eared.
- A bequest or donation of £1000+, could help fund the project costs for a major research survey like the Mendip Big Bat Survey, to uncover unique landscape scale information about how bats are using our landscape.
