Somerset Environmental Records Centre (SERC) is centre of reference for all information relating to wildlife and biodiversity in the county of Somerset. All our Somerset bat records are collated here. It maintains an up-to-date record of sites, habitats and species found in the county and makes the data available for decision making, conservation, research, monitoring and education.
Bath and North East Somerset (BANES) and North Somerset are similarly covered by the Bristol Regional Environmental Records Centre (BRERC), which covers the whole area of the former county of Avon.
